The Moscow Transport and the UK’s leading etiquette and protocol institute The English Manner Russia launch the New Transport Etiquette social campaign. Its goal is to remind passengers about the importance of following three new-norm rules — wearing a mask and gloves, minding the social distance and keeping hands clean.
«When you follow the rules, you care» is the motto of the project. To support the idea, animated videos are launched on the screens of the Moscow Metro, showing how to observe the rules of etiquette with care for others. To add, posters appear at metro stations and interchanges urging people not to forget about personal protection. The social campaign is promoted with the limited-edition Troika smart cards, which can be purchased at the ticket offices of the Moscow metro. In the near future, a series of articles about etiquette in public transport will appear on the website and in social networks of the Moscow Transport together with entertaining games and challenges to involve everyone.
«A small school of etiquette appears in the Moscow Transport with the support of the leading international experts in etiquette and protocol. In the days of COVID-19, being respectful means using a mask and gloves, keeping the safe distance and disinfecting hands. Thus, we want to show that the most important thing is not obligation, but care for people around,» — shared the Moscow Transport.
«Regardless of your personal attitude and beliefs, you need to remember that observance of any rules is, first of all, a manifestation of care for others and only then — for yourself. A little effort on the part of each of us will make traveling by public transport comfortable and safe» — said Christina Tubbritt, the etiquette expert and founder of The English Manner Russia.
