Technologies on the camera market are constantly evolving — this makes it possible to expand the complexes' functionality.
According to road accident analysis, in Moscow every third accident occurred because of a driver was distracted by a mobile phone, not for navigation but calls, mail, instant messengers, and social networks.
According to reports from the European Commission, not wearing a seat belt is the second leading cause of road fatalities with speed limits coming first.
Fixation of such violations will be carried out only after all tests confirming that the software and the algorithm embedded can record such cases correctly.
At the first stage, eight cameras will start their work. Their operation will be analyzed, and only then the technology will be applied all over the city.
