Moscow Metro pays tribute to Soyuzmultfilm studio
The network launched a special train dedicated to the anniversary of the legendary animation studio
Moscow Metro launched a train decorated with pictures of famous cartoons to mark the 85th anniversary of the Soyuzmultfilm studio. The train will run along Line 9 and features legendary characters of animation films such as the Hedgehog in the Fog and Well, Just You Wait! In addition, passengers of the train can read interesting facts about the studio as well as the history of their favourite cartoons.
Moreover, Moscow Metro has issued an exclusive series of 20 000 Troika cards dedicated to the most famous characters including Cheburashka and Karlsson-on-the-Roof. They are sold at ticket offices of the Circle Line (Line 5) and central stations of the network.
