Pilot information desk launched at the Tsentralniy Bus Terminal of Moscow

The Tsentralniy Bus Terminal of Moscow has installed an information desk where passengers can receive information on their trip. Namely, travelers can learn the bus arrival and departure time and find their way to the closest Moscow Metro station. The information service also helps passengers who missed their bus or assist passengers with reduced mobility and parents with children.

As assigned by the Mayor of Moscow, we make urban transport as comfortable as possible. We consider our passengers as demanding customers who need a high level of service along the entire route. New bus terminals are operating in Moscow today. They have waiting rooms, baby care rooms, cafes and infrastructure for persons with disabilities. Now we are launching information desks where our staff will consult on all issues related to the work of urban transport, - Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport Maksim Liksutov.

The pilot project might be expanded to other bus stations of Moscow.

Today, Moscow Transport has four bus terminals and two bus stations. Over the past 10 years, they have been equipped with comfortable services and some have been combined with shopping centers. Moscow has also recently updated the navigation harmonizing it with the Moscow Transport style.
