Moscow begins using enforcement cameras to fine motorists for not using headlights
The first camera that records the traffic between the traffic lanes has appeared on the roads of Moscow.
Photo and video recording complexes on Moscow roads began to record cars and motorcycles that move between the traffic lanes. The first camera appeared on the Lyublinskaya Street. The recording will show the trajectory of a car or motorcycle. This will confirm that the driver was deliberately moving between the traffic lanes.
The Moscow Traffic Control Center has added, that traffic rules oblige vehicles to move strictly along the designated lanes.
