All stops in Moscow will be equipped with the QR codes with an online forecast of the transport arrival
QR codes, with the help of which passengers can access the online forecast of the arrival of the public transport, will appear at all stops in Moscow, the press service of the Moscow Traffic Control Center reported.
Earlier in Moscow, they began to place such QR codes at public transport stops, they became in demand among Moscow citizens.
QR codes have already appeared at 1,000 stops. Over 65,000 people used the new service in the first month.
The press service added that passengers can find out the forecast by scanning the QR code at the bus stop. The page with it will open either in the Moscow Transport application, or in its web or mini versions. The latter is available only for users of gadgets with the iOS operating system, it allows them to use the light version of the service.
The passenger will be able to see the forecast of the arrival of the necessary transport, which is formed using the traffic analysis information system based on the Moscow Traffic Control Center. In case of an emergency, a planned schedule is shown.
