To create a festive mood for passengers, more than two thousand New Year stickers will be set on the front doors and on turnstiles. In addition, more than 300 holiday posters will be placed at station halls and cash desks.
The stations of the Metro and the MCC will be decorated New Year's ornaments. For the holiday, “Live Communication” information desks and trade pavilions will also be decorated with more than 600 bright New Year's posters.
“The nicely decorated Christmas trees will create the winter holiday atmosphere – they will be placed at the MCC stations, at the metro stations’ entrance halls and at the Moscow Central Diameters pavilion near the Kievsky railway station,” – shared Maksim Liksutov, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for transport.
The Deputy Mayor added that all Christmas trees at the stations will be placed in such a way that they do not interfere with the passenger flow. At the same time, the largest trees will appear at the entrance hall of the Ploshchad Revolyutsii metro station and on the Luzhniki square in front of the Moscow Central Circle station.
